Across Middle Tennessee and South Central Kentucky, we can connect you with a variety of cancer support groups and resources. Together, we will help you and your loved ones get through this challenge together.

Navigating your cancer journey

After a confirmed cancer diagnosis, you are paired with a TriStar Health nurse navigator. They help you and your family manage the emotional and mental challenges that come with cancer care. Additionally, to remove added stress, they coordinate and schedule your care while helping you understand your treatment plan.

Cancer support groups

Often, support groups can help people affected by cancer feel less alone and improve their ability to deal with the uncertainties and challenges that cancer brings. Support groups give people who have similar diseases an opportunity to meet and discuss ways to cope with illness.

Cancer Wellness Program
This program provides a patient with cancer the opportunity to work with an exercise specialist to address physical and mental needs during and after treatment. This can help patients restore and maintain optimum levels of physical and mental health through physical activity among a group of individuals who are also undergoing cancer treatment.
