Adolescent intensive outpatient program (IOP)

Our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing you with adolescent behavioral health services tailored to your needs. Our adolescent IOP provides assistance for individuals 13 to 17 years old who deal with mental illness. Therapy groups meet in the evening three hours daily, four days per week. Sessions take place after school so you are able to continue with your normal school schedule.

The program treats symptoms of depression, anxiety, a history of trauma and difficulty managing shifts in mood. You will also learn skills of cognitive flexibility, emotion regulation, mindfulness and communication. Our adolescent IOP takes place Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.

Alternative therapy services

We also offer alternative therapy led by credentialed art and music therapists. Alternative therapy is an evidence-based intervention that can help you improve your self-esteem, explore self-identify and connect with your peers in a safe environment.
